Digital Product Manager

We seek a Senior IT Product Manager who will join the Web development area within the Digital Applications & ERP divisions. Our client is growing these teams as we embark in a new Customer Experience journey with a modular architecture platform, designed for flexibility, personalization, and omnichannel experiences.

Your role:

Lead and develop an international team responsible for delivering digital products, ensuring alignment with the product lifecycle strategy, managing costs within budget, and continuously improving to meet service levels and generate business value.

Drive the organization's digital transformation by implementing top-tier lead-to-cash solutions, fostering an agile mindset, and enhancing team competencies to maximize quality and value delivery.

Oversee the product’s full lifecycle, managing quality, cost, satisfaction, and employee engagement while ensuring alignment with the roadmap and operational priorities.

Produce and execute a comprehensive product lifecycle strategy, ensuring continued alignment with the business objectives.

Lead a diverse team, focusing on employee engagement, retention, well-being, and clear communication of strategic goals.

Collaborate with external vendors, ensuring contract compliance and timely renewals to meet long-term goals.

Manage and control budgets to support sustainable development goals.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of commerce and business processes with a focus on customer experience.

More than 8 years of experience in product delivery within relevant domains.

Expertise in composable architecture such as MACH, UI Libraries, and API Marketplaces.

Over 5 years of leadership experience, fostering a collaborative work environment with a focus on excellence, trust, and employee empowerment.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.

Proven ability to plan, motivate, and coach teams across departments to achieve unified goals.

Strong communication skills in English and comfort working within an international corporate structure.

Experience with technologies such as Optimizely CMS (DXP), .NET, and React.
