    Cloud Monitoring Architect


    Your Role

    • Implemented and maintained advanced cloud logging and monitoring solutions for clients, following industry standards and best practices.
    • Identify and resolve performance issues in cloud infrastructure, providing recommendations for improvements.
    • Customize and manage alerts, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights to clients.
    • Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and system administrators to integrate logging and monitoring solutions.
    • Stay updated on trends and best practices in cloud logging and monitoring through continuous research.
    • Provide technical support and advice to clients, including training on monitoring tools and troubleshooting.
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation for cloud logging and monitoring procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Over three years of hands-on experience in cloud logging and monitoring, with expertise in AWS or Google Cloud, and ideally with Azure.
    • Proficiency in monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Stackdriver, or Azure Monitoring.
    • Strong knowledge of logging technologies such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or Splunk.
    • Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, and automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
