Your role

• Get involved in the design of the system and have a big say in how it's developed.
• You'll be developing systems for financial processing or a data-sensitive, high-frequency platform.
• Get the best testing solutions out there, with a big focus on security.
• You'll be mentoring a team of developers, making sure everyone's working together and getting things done.
• Get hands-on with coding and code reviews to make sure we're developing top-quality software.
• Take the lead on developing specific functionalities within web applications.
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish and beyond, working with cross-functional teams to make sure everything's integrated seamlessly.
• Join the decision-making process on system changes and enhancements.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in web development.
• Bring innovative solutions and best practices to the team.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in backend and frontend development.
• Proficient in PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (Node.js) and TypeScript
• Strong skills in SQL database management.
• Knowledge of AWS infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Strong emphasis on testing, security, and performance.
• Experience in project or people management.
• Experience with blockchain, financial processing systems or handling sensitive data is preferred.
• Fluent English
