Nazwa stanowiska: Business System Analyst

 

Team Connect is Poland’s leading nearshore and offshore IT provider. Since 2008 we successfully create and develop software for our clients.

We are also a proud certified Salesforce Partner. 

We specialize in Agile and DevOps-based software development. From the analysis stage through implementation. We develop backend, frontend, and mobile applications.

 

Currently, we are looking for: 

Business System Analyst

Localization: Hybrid (1/2 time per month office in Warsaw)

 

 

Requeriements:

  • knowledge of finance and accounting (accounting scenarios, account entries, invoicing, billing, month/quarter/year-end closing, fixed assets, etc.).
  • experience in: collecting, specifying and documenting functional and non-functional requirements and identifying system assumptions and constraints.
  • knowledge of SQL (knowledge at a level that enables data analysis).
  • experience of working with Oracle databases (knowledge of PL/SQL syntax of stored procedures).
  • analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • independence and good organization of work.


Nice to have:

  • familiarity with User Story or Use Case methods of describing requirements.
  • knowledge of UML notation.
  • knowledge of CASE tools e.g. Enterprise Architect.


Your tasks:

  • cooperation with internal business client (mainly Finance Department).
  • working closely with the external supplier of the finance and accounting system (preparing technical specifications, handling requests, coordinating implementation of changes).
  • working with production teams (developers, analysts, testers, team leaders, product owners) for integration into the company's IT ecosystem of tools.
  • creation of analytical/technical documentation.
  • supporting the external vendor's request handling system - modifications and production bugs to the financial and accounting systems.
  • coordinating the implementation and testing of changes to individual production environments.
  • participation in the preparation of the test plan and verification of test scenarios prior to test execution.
  • support in internal testing of developed solutions.
  • support to the helpdesk in the analysis of complex incidents.
  • active participation in shaping and improving the collaboration process with the supplier.
