Job description
Tate Multimedia S.A. is a Poland-based international independent developer and game publisher. Studio maintain close partnerships with major players in sector: Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo. Company is publishing games on all major platforms, and developing an exclusive titles. In the past Tate Multimedia developed license-based games for major publishers in Europe (Koch Media, Atari), but now team is focusing on developing their own brands.
Studio operates according to the “house of ideas” model on an everyday basis, which means no idea is off the table allowing developers to have the creative freedom to continually seek new, daring, and even risky projects.

Responsibilities
- Design and create UI style guidelines
- Oversee and design proper user experience
- Execute the process from prototyping through visualization to final high quality assets delivery
- Iterative work based on the feedback to obtain the best quality and user experience
- Follow current trends and tech in UI and UX
Required Skills
- At least one “AA” game for PC or stationary consoles
- 2+ years of experience in game development industry
- Expertise in appropriate software packages, including vector based asset creation
- Understanding of the UI flow and being able to explain it to the rest of the team
- Knowledge on composition and colors
- Good graphic design and animation skills
- Be able to communicate fluently with senior managers, designers, programmers
- Problem-solving attitude
- Have a passion for games
- Be able to communicate in Polish or English
- Experience in Unreal Engine is a plus
