What you'll be doing:  
  • Provide the second line of support to our customers
  • Closely cooperate with our Operations Agents, Corporate and Fleet Account Managers who provide the first line of support
  • Lead the most challenging investigations directly with the client and file bug reports to our Software Engineers
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
  • Keep track of past cases and help us maintain a knowledge base

What do we expect from you:
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • 2+ year of experience working as a Software Engineer or a Technical Support Engineer
  • Using analytical approach to solve technical problems
  • You know how internet works
