What you'll be doing:
- Provide the second line of support to our customers
- Closely cooperate with our Operations Agents, Corporate and Fleet Account Managers who provide the first line of support
- Lead the most challenging investigations directly with the client and file bug reports to our Software Engineers
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Keep track of past cases and help us maintain a knowledge base
What do we expect from you:
- Fluent written and spoken English
- 2+ year of experience working as a Software Engineer or a Technical Support Engineer
- Using analytical approach to solve technical problems
- You know how internet works
