Cloud System Administrator/DevOps

We are looking for a Cloud Administrator/Devops for our client from the USA. The company is aim to provide a cloud-based software for ready-mix concrete & bulk materials. The main application for handling orders and delivery schedules available via a browser, additionally some functionality available in native iOS and Android applications. 100% remote work. 

Responsibilities:

• Production infrastructure and applications monitoring / support / identifying and solving problems.
• Immediate technical assistance to ensure service availability in the event of a failure (on calls, two people are on two-week rotations)
• Help tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure.
• Administering and operating infrastructure, including configuring backup, monitoring, patching and security of cloud resources.
• Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain configuration management solutions.
• Develop automation frameworks in collaboration with rest of the team.
• Create tools to help teams make the most out of the available setup.

Skills:

• Linux systems administration.
• Experience in scripting: Bash \ Python.
• Familiarity with load balancing, firewalls, iptables etc.
• Knowledge AWS Services: EC2, RDS, CW
• Knowledge of message-brokers (RMQ, ActiveMQ)
• Experience with managing databases (MySQL)
• Knowledge of Bitbucket Pipelines
• Ability to build and monitor services on production servers.
• Knowledge of IaC Terraform (nice to have)
