Job description
We're looking for a Project Manager (IT) to join our newly created team (a greenfield project, yes!).
Location Warsaw or Cracow

Expectations:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy and progress
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Define best practices and PM Toolkit across client projects
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the IT industry and new technologies.
- Excellent soft skills: consulting, communication, influencing, persuasion and negotiations
- Getting things done attitude
- Excellent organizational skills (tasks, schedules, tools).
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience in Agile Scrum, understanding of toolset like Atlasian Suite (Jira, Confluence etc.,)
- English proficiency
