Responsibilities:
- Responsible for translation of business requirements into system and process solution through definition of the technical design, customizing, interfaces, development specifications etc. for SD processes in SAP ERP;
- Serves as an interface between business and IT department or internal/external service providers (in- and off-shore);
- Participating in his respective area in all stages of a project (analysis, design, configuration, tests, trainings, cut over, hand-over to support organization, etc.);
- Ensures consistency of proposed solutions with the core model;
- Proactively identifies areas of process or technical improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience with SAP technology as implementation consultant (not support or power user);
- Experience in at least 1 project as SAP SD Consultant/Solution Designer, or at least 2 years of experience in support or as SD poweruser;
- Master degree - preferred: logistic, technology, retail;
- Knowledge of SD area and sales processes;
- Understanding of complete processes (beyond direct area of expertise) and multi-layer dependencies;
- Ability to work in non-hierarchical, international and cross-functional teams;
- Good communication skills;
- English language is a must;
- Ability to work under time pressure;
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Cooperation, and ability to gain commitment.
Advantage is if candidate:
- Have experience with S/4 Hana;
- Have SAP formal certification;
- Present change management skills;
- Speak German;
- Have practical experience with other SAP logistic module Ie MM, WM/EWM, IBP, APO.
