Job description
Responsibilities:
- Document, check and maintain project finances in corporate tools;
- Assist in forecasting and planning, update forecasting tool on time and with data quality control;
- Ordering of external consultants;
- Time sheet management and control;
- Conduct data analysis and provide regular reporting;
- Assist with change management process execution in SAP environment, ensure effective communication between project stakeholders;
- Help coordinate work of various teams in line organization;
- Looking for ways to improve the current process.
Requirements:
- Preferred degree in finance, economy, management and/or IT or equivalent professional experience;
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel;
- Proven analytical skills;
- Experience in the following processes would be an additional advantage: finance control, PMO, forecasting and budgeting, change management;
- Ability to work in a semi-virtual team and complex stakeholder matrix;
- Ready to occasionally travel within EU;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Great time management skills;
- Ability to handle multiple topics/ tasks;
- Can-do attitude;
- Nice to have: previous experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Jira or similar project management applications.
