This position is filled in the Data Intelligence BU in the Digital Solutions portfolio unit of T-Systems International GmbH. The Data Economy chapter focuses on the development of the Telekom Data Intelligence Hub (DIH). We use the full range of data sources, from IoT to social media, to create sustainable innovation/value from the use of data and AI building blocks. Our solutions are both the memory and the brain of digitization. We use state-of-the-art open-source technologies and reference architectures from the IDS and GAIA-X environment. Always with the goal of bringing our customers' digitization strategies to success in the context of data spaces. As Germany's largest digital service provider, we shape the digital world together with our customers in a constantly growing market. 




You will take on the following exciting tasks

  • Ticket handling or refinement
  • Monitoring of daily processing
  • Elimination, administration and documentation of faults
  • Mediation between operations control, development and customer representatives
  • Processing invoices, evaluations and other requests from the customer
  • Interpreting business logic written in COBOL, JCL, JAVA or SQL, executing corrective actions
  • Working in an international team
  • The language of meetings and documentation is German

In addition, you have the following knowledge and experience

  • Completed studies in the fields of computer science, engineering, business informatics, industrial engineering or comparable training (university or university of applied sciences)
  • Ability to efficiently resolve ambiguities and contradictions
  • Solid knowledge of TSO, zOS, COBOL, DB2 and common mainframe tools, such as JCL, editor, file transfer
  • Knowledge of Windows and Office tools
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken German

Desirable are

  • Good written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of SC3 Ticket Management
  • Experience with the customer VW
  • Willing to work within a multinational team
  • Willing to work in a shift operation (24/7)
  • Experience with AGILE and ITIL
