EXPECTED COMPETENCES/TECHNOLOGIES (" YOU WILL HELP WITH THE TASKS")
- An interest in automation, continuous integration and DevOps and the ability to actively work on your own without losing the bigger picture are the skills we are looking for. The work will cover the following topics:
- Supporting the development of a groovy-based library to support Jenkinsfile-based compilation.
- This requires good Java programming skills, already available Groovy skills are even better.
- Familiarity with Maven, Docker, GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube and other CI/CD / DevOps tools
- Maintain Jenkins plug-ins
- Java skills are important here, already established knowledge of Jenkins plugin development is a plus.
- A good knowledge of English is essential.
- Develop tools to further automate and extend the SBS service (Java/JavaScript - Angular/Groovy - Docker)
- Document infrastructure and services
- Maintenance of tools (Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, ...)
- Infrastructure maintenance (Linux, mainly Ubuntu servers and some Windows systems)
- Support/consultation of projects on compilation themes (Maven, Ant, MSBuild, Gradle, Grunt, make, ...)
- Knowledge of SE tools (SVN / GIT / Confluence / JIRA/ / ...) and SE Book
