T Hub - Senior AI Engineer [GenAI, LLM]

 Responsibilities and what you will do:

• Lead the design, development and deployment of AI products & services
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineers and business across different domains
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design LLM-based solutions that meet business requirements and enhance performance
• Participate in all phases of LLM-based solutions development and deployment
• Develop innovative methods and advance techniques to build and deploy NLP solutions in various environments (cloud, on-premises)
• Serve as a mentor and provide technical guidance to the team to help solve complex technical challenges

Who you are – you have:

• Strong technical expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning principles and frameworks and software engineering best practices
• Hands on experience in LLM-based solutions development
• Applied experience using frameworks such as LangChain to build LLM products
• Experience and best practices knowledge in LLM models development and deployment in production environments
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions

Skills and qualifications:

• Background in software engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics, etc.
• At least 7 years of experience
• Proficiency with Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch/Tensorflow/Hugging Face Transformers
• Ability to quickly prototype and iterate on software products
• Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Familiarity with latest GenAI/LLM advances
• Experience with: word embeddings, transfer learning, in-context learning, information retrieval and knowledge graphs
• Ability to work independently
• Analytical and creative mind, proactive approach
