Job description

Online interview
Syncron, the first company in the field of after-sales service and inventory optimization that moved to a cloud-only strategy, is growing within all parts of the organization.

Now we are extensively expanding our R&D Office in Poland – which is the cornerstone for the development of Syncron's flagship product Inventory and its satellite applications: Dealer Portal, Dealer-2-Dealer and EazyStock. Our engineers are divided into small interdisciplinary teams assigned to a particular product or its building block and they work on solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Our engineers are driven by our business model – as we are a product company and the quality of our software has a direct impact on our customers’ revenue, we thrive to produce high-quality code with all kinds of tests including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, in the face of constant optimization challenges. To be even more efficient, we are fully cloud-based utilizing advanced AWS infrastructure solutions.

Ordering is an essential Inventory building block, responsible for the ultimate business outcome of the application – generating orders based on the previous steps of the processing algorithms, as well as letting users handle them smoothly in the UI. The team’s mission is to build a flexible solution allowing to optimize this process both from the algorithmic and the UX perspective. We’re always close to our customers, and the features developed in Ordering are usually core roadmap items.

Our tech stack: Java 11+, IntelliJ, Spring (Web, Security), Spring Boot, Hibernate, JSF (Richfaces with Mojarra), PostgreSQL, Aurora DB, Dynamo DB, Maven, Docker, AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda), GraphQL

Depending on current business needs, we’re involved in projects that can be more back-end or front-end-heavy.

In the role of a Java Full-stack Developer, you will work closely with both business and IT teams to prepare the best design, select the best tools for the job and implement the functionality, while maintaining an agile approach and keeping the solution simple for the end-users.
