About the job:
We are looking for pro-active and eager to learn Junior Product Manager to keep the product on track and work with our Product & Development team.
Salary: 4500-5500 zł - this is the budget we can provide for this position - the employment type of your choice will determine the net salary

What you'll be doing?
- Understand our business strategy and deliver product that reflects a uniquely Survicate perspective on how to achieve it
- Own and maintain the quality of the product areas you're responsible for
- Liaise with stakeholders remotely and face to face, to understand the customer needs
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to resolve issues and problems that will affect product's success
- Facilitate and work with the dev team to create stories and use cases for planned new capabilities - deliver world-class software in every release.
What skills do you need?
- Fluency in English along with excellent, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Have a design background, be able to think deeply about product design decisions and have an understanding of how to create simple user interfaces.
- You have experience working with both qualitative customer insights and quantitative customer data to inform decisions.
- You are organized not ad hoc. You work proactively.
- You’re entrepreneurial, and you don’t need direction, you're self-driven.
- Your written and verbal communication is clear and concise
- Be able to switch between thinking creatively and analytically easily.
- Have an understanding of the technical architecture of web or mobile applications.
