Due to the development of our business we are currently looking for an experienced SCRUM MASTER.

RESPONSIBILITIES – you will be responsible for:

Ensure that the teams follow the Scrum process
Ongoing team support in execution of tasks and removing impediments
Facilitating team events to ensure regular progress
Team motivation and ensuring work effectiveness
Driving continuous improvement within the team
Collaboration with Product Owners
Supporting organization by spreading good practices, telling success stories, showing examples etc.

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE – you are good candidate if you:

are experienced as a Scrum Master (2+ years)
have strong practical experience and understanding of Agile frameworks
have a good understanding of the software delivery process,
are a team player and team development being your priority,
are good at facilitating, resolving conflicts and giving valuable feedback,
are fluent in English (both written and spoken),
have great communication skills and ability to distribute good practices among team members
have a certificate to prove your competencies as Scrum Master (appreciated but not necessary).
