Your responsibilities

• Systems Implementation and Deployment
• Participation in the implementation of BSS/OSS systems at Polish and foreign clients
• Developing reports, procedures, and migration scripts in a Microsoft environment (MS SQL, SSRS, and SSIS)
• Analyze customer requirements and develop technical concepts for IT solutions (incl. pre-implementation analysis, requirement clarifications, and solution approval)
• Preparing and conducting training courses for customers
• Designing business processes in the BPMN tool
• Implementation and configuration of the system according to customer needs (incl. Python scripting and SQL procedure scripting)
• Creating data migration ETL procedures
• Data modelling
• Integrating IT systems provided by Suntech with external systems
• Auto-discovery & Reconciliation integration with NMS’s or Network Elements with the use of scripts and API’s to retrieve data from the network
• Service design – implementation of the flows with the use of the SunVizion API to design service
• Service fulfillment – integration with NMS’s or Network Elements with the use of scripts and APIs to activate service
• Designing business processes in the BPMN/UML tool
• Project documentation preparation
• Supporting User Acceptance Tests (including technical negotiations in regard to classifying issues observed during tests and agreeing how they should be addressed) as well as any other tests performed during deployment
• Creating libraries of equipment models from various vendors and network technologies
• OSS System Support & Maintenance:
• Second line of support and, in the long term, also the third line of support
• Communicating with the third in order to meet the agreed KPI parameters.
• Communicating with the customer
• Analyzing and troubleshooting customer issues
• Solving issues if they can be solved within the project team and transferring issues with the required details if product issues
• Verifying the new implementation version before launching production

Our requirements

• Higher technical education or final-year students - preferably in the fields of telecommunications, computer science or geodesy
• Availability and readiness for domestic and international business trips
• Excellent Team Player
• Ability to think analytically and analyze problems technically
• Knowledge of English and/or Polish to enable fluent communication in speech and writing (at least B2 and above)
• Ability to prepare technical solution documents
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of databases and SQL language basics, MS SQL preferred
• Knowledge of Programming basics (Python, Postscript, C# preferred)
• Good knowledge of using Office (Especially Excel)
• Markup language for data exchange such as JSON and XML
• Experience in using Web Service such as SOAP, REST services

Optional

• BSS/OSS Knowledge
• Logical Network knowledge such as WDM, IP, RAN, SDH etc.
• Physical Network Knowledge
• Knowledge of GIS systems, preferably Esri or FME tools
• Knowledge about object-oriented and functional programming
• Ability to write pseudocod
