Are you ready to take the challenge of working in projects for clients all over the world?
We’re looking for DevOps Engineer who will join to one of our remote projects.
As Sunscrapers we want to create the largest community of the best Polish engineers, who will have easy access to interesting international projects carried out with clients from abroad.

As a company with technical roots, we want our specialists to be seen worldwide as the best experts in their field. That is why we have decided on the “Sunscrapers Teams” initiative, whose task will be to reach clients from all over the world and connect them with the best programmers in Poland.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining our internal infrastructure
- Designing and building infrastructure for various projects
- Automation of software development processes
- Supporting software engineers with devops expertise
- Sharing best practices and know how in the company
What’s important for us?
- Deep understanding of Unix-like operating systems
- Experience with Docker and Ansible
- Knowledge of Swarm or Kubernetes
- Great knowledge of AWS products
- Basic understanding of web servers (like nginx), application servers (like uWSGI and Gunicorn), and web frameworks (like Django)
- Experience with Git version control systems
- Effective communication with software engineers
- Self-reliance and ‘get things done’ approach
- Fluent command in spoken and written English & Polish
You will score extra points for:
- Knowledge of Terraform or Docker Compose
- Experience with other cloud providers than AWS
- Ability to analyze and optimize infrastructure design, performance and costs
- Experience with configuring data services like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Memcached and Elasticsearch
- Experience with programming in Python
- Contributions to open source software projects
- Active participation in the community
- Being a team player
