    🌍 Wrocław, ul. Muchoborska 6 // Partly Remote (2 days a week)


    💡 Qualifications & skills:


    • At least 3 years of experience in coordinating Service Desk/Helpdesk Team

    • Experience in coordinating projects and teams

    • Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of IT Support task management and ITIL

    Very good English (min. B2)

    • Very good communication skills

    • Process-oriented approach to daily tasks

    Solution-oriented thinking and team spirit

    • Structured, organized and independent way of thinking and working.


    🎯 Responsibilities & duties:


    Coordinating the work of an external helpdesk

    • Strategic development of User Help Desk

    Communication with the external support managers

    • Taking care of agreements & terms and conditions of our cooperation with the external provider

    Monitoring work progress and the quality of provided services

    Supervising the IT support processes in all of our locations across Europe
