Job description
We need you to:
- Implementing and improving scrum framework within the teams
- Setting up an effective and efficient communication process
- Building the development process around product value and teams capacity, velocity and predictability
- Ensuring that sprints and scrum events are run according to agreed framework
- Helping teams to track project scope and timeline to find out a right way to deliver the best value
- Supporting teams in establishing a reliable estimation process
- Motivating the teams to deliver a value in each sprint
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience
- Experience in leading workshops and using facilitation techniques,
- Experience in working with Jira,
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodology,
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High communication skills
- Can-do attitude
- Team player
- Proactivity
Nice to have:
- Skills proved by a Scrum Master certificate (i.e. PSM, PSPO, PSL)
- Confluence
- Gitlab
