We Are Looking For:
A talented Web Developer. You will be part of a team that builds the core of the Stryd products, services and APIs in robust fashion. We take great pride in our work, this means excellent development practices, careful code architecture, and an organization built around rapid iterations. With a focus on delightful user experiences, we balance building new features, refactoring code, and tweaking existing features based on analytics data.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Stryd’s web development.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Qualifications:
- Experience developing high performance React/Typescript code.
- Experience working with headless CMS (e.g. Contentful).
- Strong familiarity with the React tool ecosystem (e.g. Next.js) for development, testing, debugging, and performance benchmarking.
- Strong familiarity with Javascript/CSS/SASS.
- Impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of development from performance to UI.
- Strong opinions about the product and an appreciation for what makes a great user experience.
- Experience in frontend design is a bonus.
