Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior C# Developer with a strong proficiency in SQL to join our customer team as a Project Lead. The ideal candidate will not only possess exceptional technical skills but will also have a passion for coaching and mentoring junior consultants. This role requires hands-on development expertise in C# and SQL, along with the ability to lead and oversee projects, provide guidance to junior team members, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance C# applications and SQL databases.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, reviewing their code, providing feedback, and offering coaching to enhance their skills and project outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, and testers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes
• and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise during the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development with a focus on C# and SQL.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
• Experience in project management or leading development teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Flexibility to overlap with US timezone.
