Manual Testing Engineer/ QA Engineer

Strategic Staffing Solutions International Client - one of the largest US Health Insurance providers is looking for Manual Testing Engineer / QA Engineer in Lithuania.

Role: Manual Testing Engineer / QA Engineer

Location: Lithuania (from everywhere in Lithuania, no other countries allowed).

Work time: 10:00-19:00 Lithuanian time (no flexibility)

Work setting: hybrid or fully remote - ability to choose which setting is more convenient.

Additional details: The testing program has been ongoing since 2018. Around 70 testing engineers are currently working on it. Every new employee is assigned a mentor who will support you throughout your time on the project.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Manual QA Testing field
• Practical SQL skills / knowledge
• Proven experience with API testing, Test Automation Scripting, and Performance Testing
• Requirement analysis and test case creation experience
• Working knowledge of Iterative & Agile SDLC
• Working knowledge of testing tools and platforms e.g. HP Quality Center, SmartBear
• Very good English communication skills both written & verbal
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexibility working shifts if needed

You will be responsible for:

• Review and analyze functional requirement specifications
• Document QA activities, create audit reports
• Involve in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, creating reusable test data
• Execute manual system tests including functional, sanity, regression, pre-production, and post-production phases in a tight release schedule
• Working together with developers to enhance and improve programs
• Using various testing tools (monitoring, analysis, automation, etc.)
• Working together with customer investigating and analyzing complaints and non-conformance issues
