We are looking for a manual quality assurance engineer with 3-5 years of experience in manual testing to join our Web Development team in our new office in Kraków. The Web Development team is responsible for the client facing web applications and internal APIs to provide client acquisition, onboarding, and servicing solutions. You will be working as part of a scrum team, focused on high quality deliverables to meet business requirements.
- You will work in a self-contained scrum team located in Kraków to deliver new components of the onboarding system that is developed in United Kingdom and Poland.
- You will take an active role in the entire sprint process from estimation and design to feature rollout and you will work with and pair with other members of the team of all disciplines, BA, DEV and other QA engineers.
- You will work with the product team to ensure end to end functionality meets initial expectations before a new feature is shipped.
- You will be expected to maintain a high level of conduct, ethical standards and values as well as maintain an appropriate level of competence through ongoing training, making requests for updates or development as required
Knowledge and Experience
- High level experience for different forms of testing - theoretical and practical ISTQB FL knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in Agile techniques - estimation, planning and tasks distribution
- Understanding Continuous Integration / Continues Delivery process
- Experience working with Restful APIs
- Experience working with distributed, multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of SQL and TSQL
- English: B2 Upper Intermediate
Nice to have
- Experience with Ecommerce/banking/trading-based applications
- Testing of mobile applications
- ISTQB certification
Qualification and Skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate in English on a daily basis
