Multidisciplinary Prompt Engineer

About the project: 

We are seeking a Multidisciplinary Prompt Engineer at Stepwise, a Warsaw-based Software House that specializes in AI-driven solutions. This role is for a cutting-edge AI project that aims to enhance PR tools by providing AI-based research and content suggestions.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience in programming and data science
• Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Strong background in Data Science and Machine Learning
• Mastery in Python Programming
• Experience in Prompt Engineering and fine-tuning LLMs
• Good understanding of business value translation
• Excellent communication skills in English (min. B2 level)

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing NLP algorithms and solutions
• Customizing prompts to elicit specific responses in line with project requirements
• Engaging in Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering, and Model Fine-Tuning
• Direct interaction with clients to translate technical capabilities into business value
• Continuously improving the quality of machine-generated content and models
