Dashboard Builder (Amplitude Specialist)

About the Project:

At Stepwise, a Warsaw-based Software House known for engineering excellence, we're pushing the boundaries of digital innovation. We're currently seeking a skilled Amplitude Specialist / Dashboard Builder to join our dynamic team, working on a project that's reshaping the landscape of market research through AI-driven insights.

The Role:

This is an urgent, mid-term (3-6 months that might be extended) opportunity for a talented individual who specializes in leveraging Amplitude for creating insightful dashboards and reports. You'll be a critical part of our team, translating complex data into actionable insights for both our internal team and our clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain custom dashboards and reports in Amplitude.
• Proactive consulting and collaboration with our Client: Operations, Sales and Marketing departments
• Collaborate with business analysts, senior software developers and data scientists to understand and fulfill data visualization needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to guide business decisions.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in using Amplitude for dashboard creation and report generation.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into understandable reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Experience as a business analyst or in a similar role is highly advantageous.
