Who we are?
StayinFront provides a full suite of mobile, cloud-based field force effectiveness and customer relationship management solutions for consumer goods and life science. Our Poznan office is focused on Artificial Intelligence and Image Recognition for Digital Merchandising solutions.
Must have:
- At least 3-year experience in commercial development in Python
- At least 2-year experience with Django framework
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL databases
- Experience with code versioning tools using git-flow
- Teamwork skills
- English proficiency at a level that allows you to take part in international projects
- Unit test skills
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Understanding of messaging queues like GCP Pub/Sub
- DevOps skills
- Familiarity with non-relational databases

Position Summary
The Employee shall function in the role of Mid Python Developer and report to the CTO of the Company. Devoting your full and exclusive time and attention to the business of the Company you shall to work in an environment full of interesting projects. We like people that are not afraid of making decisions, open to new challenges, ambitious and fighting for their ideas.
You will expand your skill-set and become familiar with StayinFront's products to keep your skills up to date as your business evolves. In addition, you will learn about artificial intelligence and image recognition for Digital Merchandising solutions.
Responsibilities
- The duties shall include but not limited to:
- Creating and developing applications in Python using frameworks such as Django;
- Deploying code and developed solution at Google Cloud Platform,
- Development of technical solutions, including technology selection in accordance with the project's assumptions;
- Taking part in the development of advanced IT systems;
- Writing unit and functional tests;
- Monitoring the quality of the code and its optimization;
- Development and support of the scenario planning system;
- Formulating a number of possible design options and solutions in accordance with the application architecture and industry best practices;
- Processing of file process of input and output files;
- Active participation in the entire software development process - from design to project launch;
- Gaining valuable experience in designing and implementing complex IT infrastructure used for processing large amount of data;
- Working with cutting-edge technologies;
- Working with the world’s top IT professionals;
- Sharing expert opinions with company managers and colleagues to achieve an optimal result together;
