PRODUCT?

All of our products are built in-house and are strictly related to sport. We are serving our customers with in-play live visualizations, as well as sports statistics widgets and raw data provided by our SportsAPI. All the features are created by using new technologies and the best practices around the process of software development.

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU TAKE ON A TEAM?

We are looking for an experienced talent who would like to join our Product Team and work with us to create the best sport-data driven products.

In this role as a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for the creative and substantive support of our products. You will work with the Product Team and other Company Departments and our Clients daily.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analysing information from various sources including discussions with Product Managers, team members, business requirements and user feedback.
• Creating user flow and defining product architecture for new products
• Creating lo-fi and hi-fi mockups for new product concepts and enhancing existing products
• Maintaining Design System and developing it
• Testing implemented features and providing consultation to developers on ongoing projects
• Identifying and suggesting areas for improvement both visually and functionally.
• Collaborating with Product Team and developers during the implementation and design phases
• Conducting design or creative workshops/jams for product development
• Assisting in creating training materials for employees, clients and product users including documents, videos, graphics
• Preparing templates and examples of product implementation for clients to facilitate product adoption.
• Ongoing graphic and design support for products throughout the lifecycle

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• At least 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe suite (mainly Photoshop/Illustrator/XD+/After Effects+)
• Experience working with product managers and developers
• Creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes
• Active work on several projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand user needs and translate them into actionable design solutions.
• Communicative English (at least B2 level).

Would be your advantage

• Knowledge of sportsbook operations and the sports betting industry.
• Experience in the international working environment.
• Experience with conducting design or creative workshops/jams for product development

HOW DO WE WORK?

As a Product Team we plan our work ahead. We use OKR’s in every quarter planning and plan 2 week sprints for our development teams.

We speak both Polish (internally) and English (with our partners). We work in hybrid mode with flexible hours, from home or from the office in Katowice.
