    PRODUCTS?

    Our product empowers our customers with complete control over their sportsbooks, enabling them to personalize their offerings and improve their performance by utilizing unique and accurate fair value odds derived from live streaming data.

    You will contribute to the development of a data retrieval system adept at collecting diverse information through APIs, WebSockets, scraping etc. This versatile system is engineered to perform a range of functions, including parsing, verification, processing, and the seamless transmission of data to both internal and external systems, ensuring the smooth exchange of information across interconnected platforms.



    WHAT ROLE WILL YOU TAKE ON A TEAM?

    We seek a highly motivated and experienced Tech Leader to join our R&D group, a doer, a thinker and a leader responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading activities across the entire delivery lifecycle, to ensure successful deliveries. Our Tech leaders write code, lead by example, mentor and assist other developers. A “Can-Do” and “Can-Help” is what we are looking for.


    You will spend your time mostly on:

     – coding new features (~60%)

     – maintenance and bug fixing (~20%)

     – internal meetings and analyses (~10%)

     – participating in recruitment (~10%



    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead a team of developers working on large-scale and complex applications and services.
    • Manage the delivery of multiple, complex, simultaneous development projects from design through to release with high quality.
    • Ensure that risks and issues are identified and managed closely while driving all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards.
    • Make critical decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives.
    • Design, estimate, plan and manage the needed effort from the team to deliver the products on time.



    OUR EXPECTATIONS

    • At least 3 years of experience in managing highly skilled developers and the ability to lead, coach, guide and influence them.
    • Deep understanding of C#, .NET (core, framework) and application lifecycle.
    • Experience with Cloud, preferably GCP.
    • Experience in developing scalable, concurrent, low-latency, fault-tolerant systems.
    • Strong track record of leading and managing the delivery of software development projects, meeting key milestones and overcoming challenges.
    • Ability to manage, track and identify risks, bottlenecks and challenges ahead of time and oversee technical coordination to resolve them.
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate with other teams in the group (abroad).
    • Have good interpersonal skills and be fluent in English (B2 at least).
    • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and driven team in a context-switching environment.


    WOULD BE YOUR ADVANTAGE:

    • Experience working with Azure DevOps pipelines (developing and supporting pipelines).
    • Knowledge in Node.JS, Phyton.



    HOW DO WE WORK?

    We work in self-organizing Scrum teams. Test writing and code refactoring is our daily bread. We are taking care of the technological debt and the quality of the code. We plan our Sprint goals every 2 weeks, and use OKR’s in every quarter planning. We speak both Polish (internally) and English (with our partners). We work in hybrid mode with flexible hours, from home or from the office in Katowice (no dress code).
