Job Title: Remote Rust Software Engineer at Leading Trading Firm

Established 4 years ago, we have consistently been profitable and are driven by our ambition to become one of the best trading firms in the industry. We trade in both crypto and traditional finance markets, deploying a variety of strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about trading while contributing to a dynamic and growing firm. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with traders to develop automated trading strategies for both crypto and traditional finance markets.
• Engage in all phases of strategy creation, including data collection, exploratory data analysis, strategy design, backtesting, deployment, maintenance, and optimization.
• Manage and monitor remote Linux servers, ensuring seamless operation and maintenance.

Generic Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong teamwork capabilities and a passion for continuous learning.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Specific Requirements:

• Proficient in programming with at least 3 years of experience in Rust.
• Experience with network protocols.
• Basic skills in Linux server administration, including remote access, service monitoring, and maintenance.

Preferred but Optional Skills:

• Knowledge of trading and financial markets.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and Python.
• Data analysis knowledge.
• AWS/Azure/GCP experience.
