Job Description

Build and manage an organization of technical developers and architects to design, develop and support a blockchain network. You will work closely with technical leaders to provide professional leadership, career development and growth across the organization.


Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Hires and manages performance and development of staff members and responsible for performance reviews.
  • Experience scaling new teams through recruitment, screening, interviewing and selection methods.
  • Participates in technology planning with business client and senior systems management.
  • Has overall responsibility for forecasting, developing and administering budgets, schedules, and performance standards for the organizational unit
  • Contribute to identifying process needs, designing and implementing plans.
  • Assigns responsibilities, identifies needed resources, and develops and executes project plans to achieve project success criteria.
  • Develops and establishes operational policies within area managed.
  • Development and growth of new professionals and continued motivation of experienced team members


Qualifications:

  • MBA and/or engineering degree
  • Minimum of 10 years experience working in the IT Industry preferably in technical management roles such as IT architect, Applications Development Manager or Lead. 
  • Existing established relationships with key IT industry partners a plus. 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in project management leading cross functional teams in multiple locations
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a management role with mentoring emphasis
  • Knowledge and understanding of Technology
  • Strong executive level communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of Industry HR tools such as Workday a plus
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry an added plus
