We are all about supercharging tech-based businesses. But make no mistake - software development is just a part of what we do at Startup House. Our mission is to deliver all-around support for startups at all stages of development.
Our Design Team is expanding and looking for fresh blood - we’re currently searching for a UX Designer who will help us conduct workshops for our new, exciting clients.
How can you grow with us?
- You’ll have the chance to work on projects from every possible industry, both for fast-growing startups (Startupmatcher, Digipig) and established enterprise clients (Siemens, Toyota);
- You will be working directly with our Head of Design;
- We’ll give you the platform to share your design concepts, as well as encourage you to share ideas about improving our internal processes.
- You will work on exciting digital products directly with stakeholders and be treated like the expert that you are;
- You will identify challenges, provide optimal solutions and present them to clients;

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing the discovery phase for prospective projects;
- Conducting Design Sprints and custom workshops with clients;
- Advising the client on the best UX solutions for their product;
- Designing the application flow, wireframes and site maps;
- Creating lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes;
- Conducting user testing.
What we’re looking for:
- Over 3 years of professional UX experience that includes holding workshops for clients;
- A marvellous portfolio of your own projects - we’d love to take a look at your work!
- Vast knowledge about user testing, designing web and mobile apps, UX research;
- Familiarity with a prototyping software (InVision, Marvel, Overflow), Sketch will be a big plus;
- Drive for finding the best possible solution for the products you work on;
- Fluent Polish and excellent English (C1) - we work internationally, so that’s a must;
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills - we’re a team and we want you to be a part of it!
Nice-to-have:
- Any other tools such as Abstract, Zeplin, Useberry, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong social media presence (Dribbble, Behance, Instagram);
- Competencies in UI.
