Position: Tech Lead & Developer
Salary range: 18 000 - 22 000 net / msc B2B + 26 days paid leave
Location: Warsaw

Project brief:
This time we search for a candidate for one of our clients. Norwegian start-up that really understands the meaning of the word “disruptive”. Their idea will completely change the way in which we see an essential aspect of our life, it’s end.

Main duties:
- Managing of the day-to-day running of our development team and external contractors;
- Programming (delivering code);
- Handling large operational processes, e.g. problem and change management, capacity management and performance management;
- Participate in all phases of the product development process.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in - React / React Native / Redux and Ruby on Rails (backend) with the main focus on React;
- Great self-management skills; productive, reliable, dependable;
- Strong teamwork skills, ability to learn and teach others;
- Good Verbal/written communication skills in English and Polish (English is the working language, a third language is an advantage).
