We are a company working with multi-assets in the trading industry. We are looking for an experienced, creative and skilled UX/UI Designer to join our growing team.

Your mission will be to elevate the level of creative thinking and design of our products, and to support other teams in developing and improving existing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, creative, and visually engaging projects that support the company’s brand and business objectives
• Execute all visual design stages from ideation to implementation
• Collaborate closely with other our business teams in technology and product management to define user needs and ensure design aligns with the product's objectives
• Work with front-end developers to effectively implement UX features and to craft innovative solutions for the product’s user interface
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with team members, to bring creative insights to our developed products
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet user and business requirements
• Conduct thorough testing of designs and mockups, incorporating feedback through iterative processes
• Build efficient wireframes, storyboards, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate updates and ideas to your coworkers
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis and analyze user feedback/activity to identify areas for improving the user experience
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality of our user interface
• Share knowledge of latest industry trends with the team
• Present and justify designs to stakeholders
• Strive to create excellent world-class products

Qualifications:

• Strong UX/UI design skills with a robust portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
• 3+ years of commercial experience (preferably in the finance or trading industry)
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to transform this knowledge into practical design solutions for feature requirements
• Mastery of industry-standard software for design and prototyping (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Balsamiq, Flinto, InVision)
• Ability to visualize and prototype concepts to varying levels of realism to demonstrate and validate ideas
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility
• Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively
• Excellent organization, self-motivation, and enjoy working independently
• Strong sense of aesthetics, coupled with creativity and openness
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Proactively managing your own workload, time and expectations
• Passionate about all aspects of UX/UI and other areas of design. Be familiar with the latest innovation research and able to showcase your knowledge of current technologies and trends in the industry
• English minimum requirement: B2. You are able to efficiently communicate all aspects of your work and ideas in English

Nice to have:

• Trading background, experience in designing information intensive interfaces - e.g. trading platforms, fintech, gambling or gaming
• Basic knowledge of tools for platform analytics
• JavaScript skills
• Posses a high technical acumen and history of designing tools for complex problems. Prior experience designing products in the financial markets industry will be especially useful
