Tech/Team Leader .Net
For our new eCommerce platform based on Intershop, we are looking for Tech/Team Lead. As a Tech Lead you will work with the Scrum team to develop service-based integration hosted on Azure and K8s. Services built in a microservice architecture are responsible for mapping and serving data from ERP systems in the best format to our webshop. You will advise PO, talks with business and other technical leaders to consult the solutions, and synchronize between teams.
It could be a unique opportunity for an experienced software developer who would like to do develop his career in leadership direction with support from experienced managers.
Key accountabilities:
- Developing new features,
- Take care of the quality of delivered software from code/performance/architecture perspective,
- Proposing and discussing architectural decisions related to the team with other Tech Leads and Architects,
- Supporting product owner in making decisions,
- Represent the team across the organization,
- Support development of team members,
- Perform regular 1:1 review meetings with team members,
- Contribute to setting goals for the team.
Requirements:
- Experience and awareness of agile software development methodology,
- Great communication skills – discussing and consulting problems with team members,
- Proven experience with development services in .NET,
- Understanding of microservices architecture,
- Understanding of DDD,
- Proven experience with working with cloud: Azure/AWS/Google Cloud,
- Willingness to develop your career as a leader,
- Communicative English and Polish.
Nice to have:
- Experience with DevOps,
- Experience with Docker,
- Experience with development of integration,
- Developed soft skills.
