Team Lead/Solution Architect
In this role, you will be responsible for support both technically and personally, a team of 5 specialists who develops various internal applications (internal pricing/merchandising) and the architecture of the eCommerce platform supporting our day to day business. In addition, cooperate closely with the Lead Architect and Solution architects in making architectural decisions.
It could be also a unique opportunity for an experienced software developer who would like to do develop his career in leadership/architect direction with support from experienced managers.
Key accountabilities:
- Proposing and discussing architectural decisions for various areas with Tech Leads and Architects
- Represent the team across the organization
- Support technical decisions inside the team
- Contribute in the planning of the teamwork
- Developing new features
- Support development of team members
- Perform regular 1:1 review meetings with team members
- Contribute to setting goals for the team
Requirements:
- Experience and awareness of agile software development methodology
- Great communication skills – discussing and consulting problems with team members
- Proven experience with OOP best in .NET
- Proven experience with Databases
- Proven experience with the delivery of solution architecture
- Willingness to develop your career as a leader
- Communicative English
- Communicative Polish
Nice to have:
- Experience with DevOps
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with working with cloud: Azure/AWS/Google Cloud
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Understanding of DDD
- Developed soft skills
