Job description
There is a new possibility to become a Salesforce Functional Team Leader in our office in Gdansk, Poland. In this role, you will be managing and leading a Salesforce team.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for managing the overall CRM strategy by effectively evaluating and implementing functionality to meet and exceed end-user requirements. Also, you will implement solutions that are cost-effective and maintainable.
Key accountability:
- Actively managing the process including but closely interacting with business owners and Salesforce team,
- Fully understanding CRM application and how each business unit may benefit from the application,
- Continually updating knowledge of Salesforce.com through interaction with Salesforce.com Customer Success Manager,
- Project Management of Partner Relationship Management (PRM), and Chatter rollout and adoption,
- Facilitating and owning Salesforce technical design documents for complex integrations,
- Continually developing the relationship with CRM vendor to ensure that Life-size is provided with the highest level of service.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in Salesforce.com consultancy required,
- Great leadership and Project management skills,
- Excellent analysis and solution designing skills,
- Effective presentation and communication skills,
- Ability to understand and analyze client user requirements and objectives,
- Willingness to continually improve knowledge and expertise on Salesforce.com solutions,
- Salesforce certifications or hands-on experience will have an advantage,
- Fluent in English.
