Responsibilities:

Overseeing the day to day running of the databases
Ensuring that all Oracle databases include appropriate standards, resilience, monitoring, DR plans, backup & storage capabilities, and operational readiness
Carrying out database administration duties on production, pre-production and functional test environments
Creating new databases and schemas based on Project standards and specifications
Supporting new application version installations when required
Providing technical knowledge to IT architects and other program members when needed
Troubleshooting any kinds of problems that are related to the existing databases
Giving support to testing activities (especially non-functional testing)
Participating in go-live activities

Requirements:

Previous experience from system DBA and application DBA roles will be also a big plus
Oracle 11g / 12c /18c administration, evolution & maintenance expertise (ASM knowledge would be a strong asset)
Shell and SQL scripts validation and execution experience
Knowledge of Linux, Windows 2008-2012 systems & virtualization
English language skills needed as the daily work will be done in cooperation in an international team
