IT System Analyst
As an IT System Analyst, you will analyze how well IT systems fit business expectations to propose the best possible IT solution. You will be part of a few scrum teams developing our e-commerce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional product development teams in a fast-moving environment. JIRA, Confluence, and draw.IO (integrated) will be your main tools to deliver clear and professional documentation.

- Facilitating the negotiation of requirements between Product Owner/BA’s and development team and helping PO with facilitating the requirement negotiation among multiple stakeholders
- Creating, analyzing and validating detailed functional specifications (user stories in JIRA + knowledge base in Confluence)
- Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution
- Delivering elements of systems design, including concept models, data migration rules, business rules or other detailed deliverables
- Identifying the current- and future-state business processes. Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future
- Prepares and/or reviews end user documentation, training materials, curriculum and schedule
- Willing to travel occasionally (after pandemic period)
Our requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Software Development Process
- Working in Agile environment
- Experience in e-Commerce solutions out of the box (e.g. Intershop Commerce Suite, Magento, SAP Hybris, etc) is a plus
- Experience in UML and BPML, good experience in using tools for modeling (draw.io, Ms Visio)
- Experience in JIRA and Confluence or similar tools for process tracking / documenting
- Programming/Technical QA experience is a plus
- Fluency in English – verbal and written
- More than 3 years of IT work experience in software development or similar environment
- At least 2 years of experience as System Analyst or similar position
