The Team Lead End User Computing is the champion of Microsoft Services for the end user population (Office 365, Sharepoint, Teams)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the End User Computing team ensuring all projects, maintenance and support work is performed effectively
- Act as a representative of the team in larger projects
- Support and maintain Office365, Sharepoint, AV (Symantec Endpoint Protection), SCCM with needed tools to ensure a stable environment
- Support Microsoft Azure pilot projects
- Manage designated ITIL processes within the team
- Provide services support for all internal and external functions within the server team area
- Provides an escalation level for problem support, management, resolution, and communication as appropriate
- Participate in technical roadmap discussions with other Team Lead counterparts, architecture, and management
- Maintain team budget and participate in the annual budget cycle
- Create and/or implement capacity management and reporting mechanism
Knowledge, skills & experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in with Microsoft end-user technologies
- Prior experience of team lead or coordinator role
- Enthusiastic, outgoing team player who wants a career in IT
- Highly energized self-starter constantly focused on Continuous Improvement
- Willingness to take ownership and responsibility
- Good communication skills, primarily in English as a working language.
