Job description
At our organization, we have a new exciting opportunity for a Cyber Security Specialist as a permanent position. If you have what it takes to design, build and then nurture what you’ve created, it is the time and the team for you.
As one of our engineers, you will be working together with your colleagues to make sure that “secure by design” is not an idea, but a fact. As you may have penetration testing experience, you will also have plenty of chances to check if the design has made it into reality.
Key accountabilities:
- Contribute to building and maintaining the security architecture,
- Prepare and maintain technical security requirements/guidelines and configuration/architectural recommendations,
- Perform vulnerability assessments of systems and applications,
- Ensure the configuration of security systems is up to date,
- Assist in incident response and forensic analysis,
- Assist in conducting a risk analysis of technology solutions and vendors.
Requirements:
- MSc/BSc degree in information and communication technology,
- 3+ years’ experience in the field of cyber security,
- Working knowledge of networking protocols and operating systems as well as their weaknesses,
- Web application programming experience or in-depth knowledge of web-app security challenges,
- Hands-on experience with various security technologies and tools,
- Fluency in programming languages of choice to support security operations automation through APIs,
- Proactive and self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
