Job description
Position Title:.NET Developer
Position Summary: We are an IT consulting firm looking to hire a .NET Developer to join us and learn Blue Prism technology. Must have at least 5+ yrs experience.
Compensation: Commensurate with exp.
Key Technical Skills: - Windows Operating Systems and prefer any knowledge on Blue Prism
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Work effectively on a global team with product managers and offshore development engineers, and onshore/offshore developers.
- Develop features across multiple subsystems within our applications, including collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing and deployment.
- Defining and managing multiple priorities and leading a team of offshore engineers
- Planning and working flexibly to a deadline
- Participate in full lifecycle software development
- Work with Business Analysts in translating business requirements into high level functional design specification
- Make best design and implementation decisions to ensure quality and efficiency
- Develop applications and features at the direction of the client and/or architects
- Conduct project design reviews and code reviews
- Respond to technical direction from Lead Software Architect
- Provide technical design support to Lead Software Architect and managers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 6+ years Windows Operating Systems
- Functional knowledge of three tier systems
- Strong academic record – Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong IT understanding
- Strong analytical orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- 5+ years development experience in full life-cycle development
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly responsible
- Must be a fast learner and multi-tasker.
