The need to implement KSeF-adapted solutions in companies results from new legal requirements. The new regulations aim to improve settlements between entrepreneurs, eliminate errors and increase the transparency of transactions. Therefore, companies that invest early in appropriate KSeF-related tools can count on minimizing potential risks related to, for example, future tax audits.

Level of experience required:

•Independent Consultant

•Experience in independent planning and implementation of tasks in an implementation project

•Experience in conducting workshops with clients, defining business requirements, experience in business analytics

•Required knowledge of the requirements related to invoice processing in KSeF, knowledge of the KSeF XML schema

•It must be a functional SAP FI consultant with experience in supporting systems operating locally in Poland/Polish location/implementations carried out in accordance with Polish legal requirements (the idea is that he knows how SAP works for Polish companies)

•NICE TO HAVE: experience in implementation or support, but definitely SAP FI

Responsibilities:

Support for the implementation of a solution integrating the SAP system with the KSeF platform.

Tasks to be carried out:

•Identification of client processes in the area of sales and purchase invoices based on a checklist provided by the client

•Fit-gap analysis - identification of data missing in SAP and required to create the correct XML file in the KSeF schema and developing recommendations for changes in processes or the SAP system

•Discussing the mapping of KSeF schema fields with fields in SAP, checking the compliance of standard mapping with the customer's needs, creating workshop arrangements and recommendations for changes in the process or SAP system

•Development of a business concept based on workshop arrangements in Polish or English (one of the languages, depending on the arrangements with the client)

•Customer support in creating test scenarios based on the form provided by the ordering party

•Introduction of configuration in accordance with the SAP instructions based on workshop arrangements

•Conducting integration tests and internal tests of the solution based on created test scenarios

•Conducting user training and UAT support

•Go-live support and post-go-live hypercare many projects are planned to be implemented simultaneously
