Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

Project Description:

We are currently looking for a proactive and self-driven CRM Consultant to join a long-term project focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). The role involves direct collaboration with the client’s internal team, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to independently clarify and shape functional requirements. The consultant will play a key role in designing and configuring CRM solutions based on D365 to meet specific business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with the client to gather and refine functional requirements

• Independently initiate communication with the client to clarify open points or missing information

• Propose effective solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

• Configure and customize D365 in line with business requirements

• Provide expert guidance on CRM capabilities and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

• Strong communication skills and confidence in direct interaction with client teams

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Solid understanding of functional design and solution implementation in CRM systems
