BI Specialist

We are urgently seeking an experienced BI Specialist with a strong hands-on expertise in Amazon QuickSight to join our client’s project on a freelance/contract basis. You will be an essential part of embedding QuickSight dashboards into a cloud-based payroll system, Epos, and integrating them with a Redshift data warehouse. This solution is already under development, so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and embed QuickSight dashboards into our cloud payroll platform (Epos).

• Work directly with AWS Redshift as the data warehouse and middleware layer.

• Write and optimize SQL queries on views across Epos and Redshift to generate data for QuickSight reports.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data specifications.

• Contribute to the design of views and data models to support KPIs and other reporting needs.
