Junior/Regular Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development and evolution of Allpro, a specialized Human Capital Management ERP platform designed for multinational organizations with complex, region-specific needs.

In this role, you will drive day-to-day project delivery, coordinate a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and support specialists, and manage stakeholder expectations across the organization.

Beyond the Allpro initiative, you will collaborate closely with our Chief AI and Information Officer and his team, contributing to a variety of strategic initiatives, innovation projects, and AI-focused R&D activities. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on project leadership with exposure to cutting-edge technology and business transformation programs, while playing a key role in shaping solutions used across an international environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing IT projects or IT services in complex technology environments

• Strong organizational and proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple dependencies

• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills

• English at B2/C1 level (daily work in an international environment)

• Ability to understand technical aspects of IT environments and work closely with architects and engineering teams

• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills within high-complexity environments

Nice to have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification

• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
