We are looking for IT Support Specialist to join our Polish-German team located in Wroclaw. The specialist will perform 1st line application support. Our team will be responsible for analyzing and escalating users’ requests, as well as solving the reported incidents.
Your responsibilities:
Receiving and solving tickets
Collecting information (mail and telephone)
Analyzing and forwarding tickets from users to the next support line
Prioritization
Preparation of guide-books
What you need to know?
Knowledge of German at a good level
Knowledge of English at a good level
Basic knowledge of IT
Communicativeness, openess
