We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer with AWS to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. The team will work on projects for external clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience in automating infrastructure and processes, as well as expertise in Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD processes, Git, databases, Docker, and Kubernetes. This role requires a strong understanding of IP networks, security, and deployment strategies.


Project description

The duties in this position relate to setting up cloud environments in AWS, implementing monitoring, and automation using different tools and scripts.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about automation, AWS, and the latest DevOps technologies.

Responsibilities


  • Design, Implement, and maintain CI/CD processes for multiple AWS-based applications
  • Utilize Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure as code management
  • Manage databases, including AWS RDS, DynamoDB, and others, including performance tuning and backup/recovery processes
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages like Python or Bash
  • Ensure the security of all AWS resources and implement best practices for data protection
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the smooth delivery of new features and enhancements
  • Stay current with the latest AWS and DevOps technologies.

Requirements


  • At least 3 years of experience in DevOps and AWS environment
  • Experience in CI/CD processes, automation, and Git
  • Strong experience in automating infrastructure and processes using Terraform and Ansible
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Experience with Docker
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash
  • Good understanding of IP networks and security best practices
  • Good knowledge of monitoring
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in the administration of Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Fluency in English. 

Nice to have:


  • Experience in monitoring tool systems like AWS CloudWatch, Nagios, DataDog, or Zabbix
  • Experience in Kubernetes
  • Experience with any of AWS Pipelines/Bitbucket Pipelines/Github Action/Jenkins/TeamCity tools
  • Any AWS certificates.

Salary ranges for other levels:

up to 16 500 PLN (Regular)
up to 20 350 PLN (Senior)
up to 23 450 PLN (Lead)
gross per month (employment)


up to 135 PLN (Regular)
up to 165 PLN (Senior)
up to 190 PLN (Lead)
+VAT (B2B) per hour
