- Operational assistance during implementation (release)
- Preparing Changes - working on the appropriate tasks
- Solving Service Requests (user queries)

Requirements:
- Knowledge of SQL - also MSSQL/DB database
- Communicative German language
- An independent and autonomous way of working
- Organized way of working
- Unix Application Server / Webshpere (nice to have)
- Java (nice to have)
