In this role you will be responsible for the efficient and high quality administration and support for digital workplaces and devices in decentralized IT infrastructure. You will provide technical leadership to the team and lead projects that involve significant architectural changes, working close with business operations and thriving in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Diagnosing software and hardware problems in order to implement technical solutions to all end users onsite or via remote support.
- Working with Global teams to Design, build, test, and deploy Application Protection Policies, Conditional Access Policies and MAM Policies
- Designing and Deploying operating systems using Windows Autopilot
- Distributing software and managing applications, including 0365 / M365 packages, utilizing InTune MDM and MAM
- Planning and performing Operating System and layered software installations and upgrades.
- Administering user accounts, printers, directories, file systems, and other support tasks to ensure system integrity and consistency.
- Responsible for the integrity of system backups and procedures.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar programs; or comparable qualifications/certifications with practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with DSM solutions, 2+ years’ experience in Systems Administration and 2 years infrastructure/network discovery, design, build, and migration experience.
- Excellent Knowledge of: M365 Licensing; Intune MDM and MAM administration, support, and design; Windows Autopilot; Windows Endpoint Management, OS Administration, Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills for Windows
- Excellent M365 and/or O365 support and configuration, Mobile Device Management solutions (MDM), Collaboration Technologies (M365 / O365, Teams/Skype)
- Core Workplace Services (Windows, AD, DNS, DHCP, File Services, SharePoint, Print Services, Windows Autopilot, Ivanti DSM or SCCM), Cloud Storage (Azure, AWS, … ), Virtualization Technologies (VMWare, Citrix, AWS, Azure)
- Good knowledge of Powershell scripting for administration and task automation
- Good communication skills (both written and oral) in English
- German language skills are beneficial.
